The economic heart of the Teleland Metaverse are the virtual earth lots. Each of them is unique, and the ownership of it is securely fixed through NFT technology on the Polygon public blockchain.
The key difference between investing in NFT land and investing in NFT pictures is in the real usefulness of the land. Shopping and entertainment centers, residential and office buildings are being built on it, which are subsequently sold and rented out.
But the greatest value of NFT-land comes from its extremely scarce amount. Each year, only 2,500 plots of land appear in Teleland, each of which is equal to 100 square meters.
There are three categories of land, depending on the distance from the center. There are only 100 plots in the central district, the allowed height of buildings here are 100 meters, and the nominal value of the plot is $5,000. There are 800 plots in the middle regions, the height is up to 30 meters, and the nominal price of the plot is $500. And on the outskirts of 1600 sites, the permitted height is 10 meters, and the price of the site is only $100.
As the analysis of other Metaverses shows, in the first year after the release of plots, their value grows by many tens and even hundreds of times. And this is without any additional effort, but if the owner erects various buildings or art objects on the land, and also holds promotional events, then the profitability of the site increases many times over.
At the moment, it is possible to purchase an NFT site in the primary market at a nominal price only on the recommendation of a current Citizen of Teleland.
