Teleland is a crowd-metaverse, a people’s Metaverse, in which there is no majority owner. Moreover, special protection mechanisms are built in to prevent one person from obtaining a blocking or controlling stake.

Management and ownership of Teleland is based on the principles of DAO, that is, a decentralized autonomous organization. This is the next technological step in the development of organizational structures after joint-stock companies, which makes it possible to completely remove various regulatory, political and country risks.

All key decisions in the Metaverse are made by consensus based on the voting of token owners through the blockchain. So it is impossible to fake votes or falsify a decision. Moreover, the financial part of the solutions is executed automatically by specialized smart contracts. Therefore, various types of sabotage by the executors of the decisions made are also excluded.

Another advantage of DAO is that the profit of the entire ecosystem is automatically distributed among all shareholders based on decisions made by the quorum.
